History
Johannesburg Christian Academy is a combined Private School, founded in 2019,. We pride ourselves in a Christian-culture based education practices, we make sure we spread the word of positivity, honesty, and hard-work while working smart to achieve remarkable outcomes from our pupils. Everyone has a God given gift, our main goal is make sure that the talent is unleashed at all levels. We award best performing learners ,to recognize the effort they put in their academics, sports and all extra activities they engage in. We train our learners to be self-disciplined so they can protect themselves not just in decision making but also in a long run, in their future. Such skills help in a child’s development a lot because of how it contributes in their life in general.
In our first year 2019, we had only one class during covid19 consist of 7 student from Grade 1 to 9. Our school, is combined of Girls and Boys, emphasizes Science, Mathematics and Technology and Commercial education.Since its establishment , Johannesburg Christian Academy has proved that by achieving some significant successes it has what it takes to be one of the best schools in Johannesburg South.
Learners from Horizon High School participate in District level Olympiads, and local competitions, and since 2022. Johannesburg Christian Academy is committed to empowering learners to achieve their goals and realize their potential through holistic approach, Christian values and quality education.
